Frank C. Gray, Jr. is a seasoned family law attorney and partner at Jimeno & Gray, known for guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity, strategy, and compassion. With a background that spans both prosecution and complex family litigation, Frank brings a rare depth of courtroom experience and practical insight to every case he handles.
A native of Rockville, Maryland, Frank graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society,
receiving the Award of Special Merit for his academic excellence. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law.
Frank began his legal career as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Anne Arundel County, where he prosecuted criminal cases and developed strong trial skills that continue to serve his clients today. He has since litigated extensively in both criminal and civil matters across Maryland’s trial and appellate courts.
In the family law arena, Frank is widely respected for his thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach. He has served as a Standing Examiner for the Circuit Court, where he was entrusted to hear testimony and make decisions in family law cases on behalf of the court. He is also a skilled mediator, helping families resolve disputes involving custody and property with dignity and efficiency.
Frank has been appointed by the court in numerous cases to serve as a Best Interest Attorney for minor children, advocating for their well-being in high-conflict and emotionally complex situations. This role reflects both his legal acumen and his deep commitment to protecting families during times of uncertainty.
