Erin Krauss

Biography
Erin Krauss is an associate attorney with Chesapeake Wills and Trusts, focusing on estate planning, elder law, and probate. Erin graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
During law school, Erin gained broad experience across Maryland’s legal community, working as a law clerk at two Maryland law firms and serving as a legal intern with the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings and the Sierra Club. As a student attorney in the Youth, Education, and Justice (YEJ) Clinic, she received the Public Service Award in recognition of her commitment to serving others. Erin also completed mediation training and served in leadership capacities with various student organizations.
Prior to entering law school, Erin graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a double major in political science and English, where she also played collegiate volleyball.
A Maryland native, Erin grew up in Severna Park and now resides in Baltimore City. She is dedicated to serving Maryland families with empathy and care, guiding clients through end-of-life planning and helping them create comprehensive estate plans that provide security and peace of mind.
Erin is a member of the Anne Arundel Bar Association (AABA) and the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA).
