Anne Elizabeth Mettam

Anne Elizabeth Mettam joined Jimeno & Gray in 2025. At the firm, she focuses on family law matters, including divorce, separation agreements, and child custody. Anne brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult transitions.
Before joining Jimeno & Gray, Anne litigated protective orders and family law cases for a Maryland nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of intimate partner violence.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Anne relocated to Maryland in 2008 to attend the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she earned certificates in both Health Law and Environmental Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
Anne’s legal career began in private practice, where she focused on medical malpractice defense. She later worked with the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearing Operations (OHO), handling disability claims and administrative hearings.
Anne now calls Baltimore home. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, gardening, attending baseball games, and exploring the natural beauty and charm that Maryland has to offer.
